Privacy & validation notice
FolderOps and the Job-Control Spreadsheet Rescue page are currently being used for pre-commercial market validation. They do not currently accept orders or payments.
Last updated 4 November 2026.
Who is running the validation?
FolderOps is a solution provided by TraceLogic Ltd. The validation is being run by Tony Anuge in Dublin, Ireland. Contact: hello@folderops.com. “FolderOps” is used here as the name of the product prototype and validation project, not as a claim that a separate company under that name has been formed.
Information you choose to send
If you email us, we use the information you provide to respond to you, understand whether the problem and proposed solution are relevant, arrange a prototype discussion or demo where requested, and record validation feedback. Lawful basis: when you ask us for a demo, a prototype discussion or information, we use your details to take the steps you asked for (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before any agreement). Please do not send passwords, live customer data, sensitive personal data, or production files during this validation stage.
Business outreach
We may conduct limited, targeted business outreach using publicly available business contact information where the validation topic appears relevant to the recipient’s commercial activity. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in telling businesses about a product relevant to their work (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time. If you do not want further outreach, reply “opt out” to any message or email hello@folderops.com. The address may be retained on a suppression list so the request can be honoured.
Data minimisation and retention
We aim to keep only the information needed to evaluate the validation experiments and manage responses. Enquiries, including demo requests, our replies and any notes or feedback linked to you, are kept for 12 months after our last contact with you and then deleted, unless you become a customer, in which case they become part of the customer record. Opt-out records may be retained as needed to prevent further outreach.
Cookies and analytics
These static validation pages do not intentionally use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or third-party analytics. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical and security logs (such as IP address, browser, the page requested and the time) as part of operating the website. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in delivering a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). On our plan, these request logs are available to us for 1 hour. Vercel may keep its own operational and security records for longer under its privacy policy.
Your rights
Where personal data relating to you is held, you may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, or object to direct marketing. Contact hello@folderops.com. You may also contact the Irish Data Protection Commission if you have concerns about the handling of personal data.
No sale, contract or commercial commitment
Registering interest, requesting a demonstration, discussing a possible pilot or indicating an amount you might pay does not create an order, contract, invoice or payment obligation. Any future commercial launch would be handled separately after the relevant business and legal arrangements are in place.
Prototype limitations
The FolderOps product page describes a current local prototype and its implemented or prototype-stage capabilities. It does not represent the product as a hosted production service, certified compliance solution, or proven customer deployment.
